PORK CHOPS WITH

POTATOES & GRAVY
6 Pork chops
2 large potatoes
(cut in ¼” slices)

1 can Golden Mushroom soup

1/2 cup milk or water


 

Place chops (about one-inch thick) in preheated skillet and cook over MEDIUM heat until brown on both sides. Add potatoes. Stir water or milk into soup and pour over meat and potatoes. Cover pan and reduce heat to VERY LOW. Cook approximately 45 minutes or until potatoes are done.

 

BAKED HAM
Select butt end or whole ham
Wet mustard
Brown sugar
Whole Cloves
Pineapple Juice

 

Score fatty part of ham and position in pan. Place pan over medium heat and brown all sides.


Place fatty side up and put on paste made of wet mustard and brown sugar using whole cloves in scored corners. Cover with pineapple juice.


Cover, reduce heat to LOW and cook 20 minutes to the pound.
